I'm Chris, the director of Roofhaus. I take your first call, come out to look at the roof and write your quote. I stay your contact the whole way through, and when the job is finished, I sign it off with you. Any question, at any stage, comes to me. One name and one phone number, from first call to sign-off.

When a roof is past patching, a full re-roof puts it right for the long term.
Roof repairs
Leaks, slipped or broken tiles, ridge tiles and storm damage. Found, explained and put right.
Flat roofing
EPDM rubber, GRP fibreglass and 2-layer torch-on felt, for extensions, garages and dormers.
I also cover natural slate, fascias, soffits, guttering and chimney work. Ask when you get in touch.

Ring 07438 574415 or send a few details through the quote form. I reply to every enquiry within 1 hour, 7am–7pm.
Step 2
I visit and quote in writing
I come out, look at the roof properly and explain what I've found. Then you get a free written quote.
Step 3
Fixed price, agreed date
The price is fixed and agreed before any work starts, and so is the start date.
Step 4
Job done, signed off by me
When the work is finished, I go over it with you and sign it off.

Common questions
How much will my roof cost?
It depends on the size and shape of the roof, the materials, how easy it is to reach and what needs doing. A price given without seeing the roof isn't worth much.
So I come out, look at the roof properly and give you a free written quote. The price is fixed and agreed before any work starts.
How long will the work take?
It depends on the job and the weather. A repair is usually far quicker than a full re-roof.
Your written quote includes an agreed start date, and I'll tell you how long the work should take before you decide.
Do you do insurance work?
Yes. If you're making a claim on your home insurance, tell me when you get in touch. You'll get a free written quote, the same as any other job.
Will I need scaffolding?
Most re-roofs need scaffolding so the work can be done safely. Some repairs don't. I'll tell you when I visit, and if the job needs it, it's included in your written quote.
When do I pay?
You'll know the full, fixed price before any work starts. For small repairs, you pay when the work is finished.
For bigger jobs, such as full or partial re-roofs, there's a 33% deposit. I invoice it by email, so you have a record of it, and the balance is paid when the job is finished.
